Every request is answered with a detailed, free quote within 24 hours. A booking only exists once you approve the itinerary and confirm it in writing.

Deposit & balance

To confirm a tour we ask for a deposit (the exact amount and payment methods — bank transfer or card — are stated in your quote). The balance is settled before or at the start of the tour, as agreed in your confirmation.

Named accommodation

The hotel and camp categories for your tour are named in your written quote — what we promise is what you get. If a listed property is unavailable we offer an equivalent or better, and tell you before you confirm.

Cancellation by the traveler

Life happens. Cancel more than 15 days before departure and the deposit is refunded in full. Between 8 and 15 days we retain 50% of the deposit. Inside 8 days the deposit is non-refundable, as camps, drivers and hotels are already committed.

Rescheduling

Instead of cancelling, you can reschedule once free of charge up to 8 days before departure — subject to availability of camps and accommodation.

Cancellation by us

If we have to cancel a tour — weather closing a pass, force majeure — you get a full refund of everything paid, or a rescheduled date, your choice.

No-shows & changes during the tour

No refund for unused services after the tour has started. Small adjustments during the trip — skip a stop, add one — are usually possible; just talk to your driver-guide.

All prices are quoted per request and confirmed in writing before payment. Prices on this site are indicative or on request — your written quote is what counts.
